Friend and fellow AT hiker Bob “Topo” Heim recently completed his long-a$$ section hike (LASH) of the Appalachian Trail in 2021 and 2022. During his trek he took the time to write lyrics to a poem, which can also be sung to the tune of Roger Miller’s, “King of the Road.”
